Applications are currently being accepted for affordable units in two Ryan Homes communities in Deptford, NJ;  The Landings and Tanyard Oaks. Applications will be accepted until June 15, 2012. All applicants will be entered into a lottery to be

held on June 18, 2012.  

Four affordable units will be available at The Landings and will be ready for occupancy in September 2012, The units at the Landings will be duplex homes. Thirteen affordable units will be constructed at Tanyard Oaks and will be available for occupancy in early 2013. The units at Tanyard Oaks will be single family units. The affordable units will only be available to qualified low-moderate income households.  Purchase price for two and three bedroom units will range from  $65,649 to $106,089 depending on your income.
