Applications are currently being accepted for units that will be constructed in 2013 or later.  Units are two bedrooms and are age-restricted..  In order to be eligible for an age-restricted affordable housing unit, applicants must meet certain income limits as required by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing AND at least one member of the household must be at least 55 years of age.

Units will be deed restricted to ensure continued affordability.  Triad Associates has been designated by Medford Township to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist home buyers through the application process.
